Blue Willow Photography
About the photographer
Hello there! I'm Hannah & I'm so excited you're here! Let me tell you a little bit about myself before I get to know you.
I like to say I grew up up in Atlanta, Georgia but became an adult in the Midwest. I married the love of my life, Tom, a little over two years ago and we have a fur-child who I'm completely obsessed with, Obi. Our small family of three is my favorite.
When I'm not working full time or trying to master my craft of photography, I like to read. Lately, I've been all about Spiritual books; one's that better my soul. I also like to go on walks, be active, watch The Office for the 5th time through, sing, dance, play with the pup, and crochet. I taught myself to crochet in high school; it's okay to call me a mini grandma. :) I also like to watch movies! In high school and college I was one of the assistant managers (assistant to the regional manager (WHERE MY DWIGHT FANS AT?!)) at a local movie theater and I can honestly say that's been one of the best jobs I've ever had.
My faith is a big part of who I am. I believe we are given talents and trades to honor God's name & that's what I plan on doing with my photography business.
My photography business' name, Blue Willow Photography, is named after my Grandmother Ann. She loved and collected blue willow plates; the tradition is even passed down through my family.
I like to consider my photography style as natural, raw and authentic. I love to shoot my clients as who they are. Laugh, sing, dance, make out, run, jump. BE YOU. I love photographing the passionately in love couples and the ones who are down to lick ice cream off each other or lay in a field of wheat. As far as editing goes, I love to keep it natural. God has created so many beautiful colors in this world, why distort them on your computer? I want you to remember your feelings and exact emotions 50 years from now with just looking at my photos. I want them to be that "real". I also want your experience with me to be real. Let me help you from start to finish. And let's become best friends while doing it.
I'd love to hear more about your and your life. Let's grab coffee or FaceTime to chat it up :)
