About the photographer
On July 10, 2015, I married my best friend Adam on a downtown rooftop in the pouring rain in Kansas City. It was the best day ever, and after being a bride myself, I feel like I have so much to share with my couples.
For 4 years we attended Kansas State University (go cats!), where we met and fell in love. In 2014, I left Manhattan with a Fine Art degree in hand and made the move to Kansas City to pursue my love of wedding photography.
Since 2012, I've been photographing weddings. It is seriously my dream job, and I am so proud to be photographing full-time. My favorite part of the wedding day is the first time the bride and groom see each other. There is something so honest and beautiful in that moment. I love candid moments too, like parents' smiles during the ceremony, friends laughing and dancing their hearts out, and the cake. All of the cake.
This is why I love what I do.
When I'm not photographing weddings, you'll find me at local breweries, in a Fusion Fitness workout class, or catching up on countless TV shows (including, but not limited to, Queer Eye, Shameless, Game of Thrones, Planet Earth, and of course, The Office). I love podcasts, my sweet cats, red wine, tennis, traveling, and my Nikes.
If you’re looking for someone to shotgun a beer with you on your wedding day, get down to Drake on the dance floor, and get a lil weepy when you hug your grandparents, then I’m your girl.
